Wax on wax off, wax on wax off....I deleted the original rant. Not sure if anyone read it. It was written in a moment of passion. I let it out. Really good. Then I read it again. Now I'm ready to erase the anger. So, it's gone. If I continue to simmer (especially in this heat), I'll explode. Enjoy the heat!

P.S.S. Just out of curiosity, would anyone find it odd if a parent bragged about how his/her child has a teacher "wrapped around her finger"...Oh boy. I'll be leaving soon...just have to put up with it:-)

Yeah it was really bad.Just look at the title and it'll give you a clue.Here's a summary..Times have changed since I was a teen.By the way, I don't have kids.I was subjected to some unruly behavior by the host's kids (I'm a houseguest-take my role seriously and help around with EVERYTHING)Was totally pissed off, so I ranted.Seriously the behavior was obnoxious!Had the door slammed in my face b/c the girl had "outfit issues."Mom said keep in mind that they're little kids.Uh at 13?!Spoiled brats:-)
I think that we've just gotta let people be and let them learn as they go along. If we step in...it might backfire. If we help pick them up after the recognition of the fall, they're more likely to heed our advice.
Angel, I let it out by writing in the blog. I kept quiet during the incident, and informed the mother about dear daughter. In my OPINION, degrees and awards are didley squat if common sense behaviors aren't taught..this is the parents' job. 13 is a good age for teaching these things. Isn't it? The future belongs to the youngsters no? I should say heck these aren't my kids, why should I care? I'm just making an observation.
